Is this the location of Chapter 4?

Found this on another forum and associated it with what Bahltek was saying (In Elona):

Quote:

"They belonged to a most effulgent mage from an exceptionnaly advanced civilization. He was able to traverse through multiple planes of existence, some of wich predate the one you currently call your native soil. no, i won't tell you more. No, you can't fetch anything for me. No, i don't need your help at all, thank you. Now, if you'll excuse me, i have "big person" quandaries to ruminate over."

Quote:

Why am I here? Fine, if it will make you move on. Water is powerful; more powerful, I'm sure, than you realize. It can be used as a mirror to see into places that are magically obscured. As you can see, we are surrounded by the viscous substance, and I happen to have a bowl. I will leave it to your dizzyingly vigorous intellect to put together that parcel of information to your own avail. Now... please.. leave me alone!"

Hmmmmm...

Could what Bahtek is saying be related to what appears to be a HUGE mountain?

Also, If we refer to THIS map, we can see that this mountain is clearly not in the shiverpeaks. It appears to be to the west of Tyria, if it is a new continent.|||That's a very interesting find. But I think it is premature and irresponsible to relate every new finding to Chapter 4. Nevertheless, it's a great find.|||Just found out you can see it from Jahai as well. I've tried a few other places in Kourna, and Jahai is the only place.

It just art that devs use for the horizon.|||Or is it? Standing alone, perhaps, but coupled with the mystery black dot, and NPCs who speak of moving and disappearing islands of powerful mages (possibly even Mursaat), I'm not so sure we can dismiss this as "just the horizon".|||Is that how a moderator should talk QA?

"OR IS IT!!!!"

so melodramatic

:P|||Eh how can I miss that mountain??? Too bad I uninstalled the game already - will have to check it out when I'm back|||The mountains visible from Kourna, if you check your "M" maps, are actually those far-off mountains that enclose the desolation. they are actually there. so, no, i don't think that everything used as a background is just a generic "background/horizon".|||Quote:

For once, I'm inclined to agree with the whole "generic art that the devs use" thing. The backgrounds used for the sky are just jpg files, and this mountain happens to be one of them.|||Hi, Im the one who took the screen and I thought this is just a very nice view and looks like the mount everest of guildwars:D After the whole discussion I don't believe it's just a simple background picture because you just see it in jahai and fahranur, and nowhere else. It is always in the same direction as the mountains situated in the desolation you see on your worldmap. You can also see it from kodonur crossroad. Its a different picture, smaller and blurred, but also in the direction as the far away mountains. So..if its a generic background picture it is one which always represents far away mountains and this would mean that west from fahranur is something more than just an ocean.
