To be able to uncover some important lore a single timeline to compare specific events was needed. Some startling findings were revealed when this was done.
World Timeline
The Mouvelian Calendar
The Mouvelian calendar (named after Grand Patriarch Mouvel, the first high priest of the Church of Dwayna) begins counting years from the moment the gods left Tyria. This event is known as the Exodus. Years before this date are labeled BE (Before the Exodus). Years after this date are AE (After the Exodus). Years prior to the year 1 AE count down, getting smaller as they get closer to the time of the Exodus (just as they do in the Gregorian calendar). AE was chosen as a conversion for the Elona and Cantha timelines as the Exodus is universal for all continents.
There are four seasons and 360 days in the Mouvelian year:
Season of the Zephyr (Air aligned) days 1-90
Season of the Phoenix (Flame aligned) days 91-180
Season of the Scion (Water aligned) days 181-270
Season of the Colossus (Earth aligned) days 271-360
Calendar starts at year 1 AE (The first year after the Exodus)

????? BE The Dragon Glint has the Prophecy of the Flameseeker.
Immediatly some very startling findings are found from this:
1. Verification that humans arrived at both Elona and Tyria at the same time. Canthans are the first humans to appear, atleast 312 years before Tyrian and Elonians as that is when they unite under Taineng. Though their when they arrived is not know. This also does suggest that either all three peoples arrived at their continents directly from the Rift as seperate peoples or that the Tyrian and Elonian people are pilgrams from Cantha.
2. It appears that the Margonite are the first between them and the Elona to reach the Crystal Desert to persue Ascension.
3. Base on the Elona lore of the Margonite not being humans, but infact transformed, this does reveal that none of the human bodies found in the Desert are Margonite.
4. "221 AE Cantha begins trading with Tyria, Elona, and the northern areas." Which possibly suggests that a coming chapter will take place in one of these "northern areas."
5. Elonians were a new arrivial to the Crystal Desert having only gotten there 204 years before us.
6. 860 AE Nolani is founded. For those of you with Nightfall, is this an area in Elona. As it was founded by Nolani, could the Nolani Academy in the Ascalon area infact been built by the Elonians? And if so, could that actually be our connection in regards to the Colossus statues in the Desert and Catacombs, and the pillers by the said statues in the Desert, and found at Rin and the Catacombs?
Does anyone remember the year in which Glint had her prophecy?|||Quote:

http://forums.gwonline.net/showthread.php?t=425754|||Quintus, your understanding what I am doing. i am not double posting The first post of all these threads are the Findings and Data. I do not want them to be cluttered with questions etc that are not actually pertaining to the work done. That is why I first post the findings and data post. Then after begins the discussion which is where my initial questions etc for the community come from. It is not double posting as no other info but the content and data of the findings are in the first.
Your right, I look at that thread and his work on the time line is quite good. Perhaps you may want to change the topic name so the community knows it focuses on the timeline and what that reveals?
Pointless: Thanks for that verification, will update the timeline.|||Quote:
