Possible Global-Map? *Possible Spoilers*

Ok, before you say there has already been the only truthful map... read:

In the thread Chapter 4 - revealed there has been signs that in the Echovald Forest, Ascalonian Patterns were found. So could this be that the global map of guildwars is this:

OR this:

I know I might be soo off but I also heard that Cantha lies to the North (forgot where though). Tyria lies to the West-Centre and Elona to the South.

Pls comment.|||No, both are wrong. In the first, you sail to Cantha by boat; therefore, it would make more sense to simply walk north than sail all around the continient if that were true. Also, the terrain doesn't match up.

Second has another problem, you put Cantha with north-south facing east-west...and again the terrain doesn't match up.

You're right on Elona though, obviously.|||Wow.. Nice work. I prefer the 2nd one because the 1st one has the Canthan sea next to the north part of the Jungle and Kryta. So that's not very realistic.

But I like the other map w/ Cantha as an Island far off more.|||You are right, but in the sticky thread, Cantha is in south...

There's something fishy in it.. I don't know why but at the bottom of Cantha it has land and I think it continues somewhere from Tyria or Elona.

Also, The second does seem to be more realistic because at the bottom of Cantha there are 2 blue lines indicating ice. My opinion over it:

Also in this thread somebody says that he can get a minoutar horn from the shiverpeaks. Could this be possible that a Canthan was in the Shiverpeaks, got the horn, went to Ascalon, trade it and walked to Cantha (refer to second pic). Because the thread also states that the Canthan traveler had left.|||Stop saying nonsence... While i can be european and live in america that doesn't make the european continent glued to the american continent.

They say that cantha is South-West from Tyria and Elona, either in logs or just some other map researchers... Your just making stuff up, trying to get credits to what someone else found out.|||Quote:

That's right but I'm saying that the Canthan land has land at the bottom not like America which is-like-an-island IMO.

Sorry never exactly heard that Cantha was South-West, I think I've seen somewhere saying that Cantha was North. Oh yes and I forgot to mention that maps are from the original Sticky thread. Thanks for reminding

And this is just my opinion, it's not the case to be rude at me. I know that some people don't accept and some do but don't flame... |||Actually if you look at the 2nd map, you see that it's impossible. How can north be in two differents direction?(in the prophecies and faction map)|||I am thinking nice try but no cigar. They may be connected in some unforseen way but I dont think in such a close matter. The charr attacked from the north-North west of ascalon. so I doubt that with such a large force of charr, we wouldnt have seen any kind of charr settlement or even a single charr.|||The 2nd map is so wrong. Have you forgotten how to read a compass?

The first map is very unlikely since if that's true, then why there's no Charr in Cantha?

Cantha is in the waters South of Tyria and I doubt that it's connected on the same land mass as Tyria and Elona.|||The map does not necessarily have to show the entire continent...just the parts needed. I'm sure it has left off a fair portion of shoreline. Just because it doesn't directly show shoreline doesn't mean it connects.
