Gold god statues

[:1]I know i asked this in the questions area but can anyone list the places outside town that have those large god statues of the gods (not including the ones in the erm the one swhere you fight the doppleganger)|||The Q&A Thread answered your question.

Gold Melandru in Underground of the main cities

Gold Balthazar in Vasburg Armory

That's it. The other statues are in Augury Rock mission.

Outside of that area, Lyssa has very few shrines and none of them is Gold as I recall. Grenth is also all normal ones, even in the Temple of Grenth.

Dwayna doesn't have a Gold statue either and I don't think the one in Dreadnought Drift (near the FoC boss) was Gold either.|||Dwayna has a golden statue at Wehhan Terraces, which used to be a temple of hers.|||There are gold statues of Dwayna, Balthazar, Lyssa, and Melandru.

Dwayna: Augury Rock/Wehhan Terraces

Balthazar: Vasburg Armory

Lyssa: Cannot recall exact location but somewhere in Vabbi

Melandru: Beneath Lion's Arch/Kaineng City/Kamadan



People from Guru, myself included, noted a gold statue for all true gods except Grenth (cannot recall if Kormir's statue in the Throne of Secrets was gold or not, if not then Grenth and Kormir don't have gold statues).

The purpose or origin of the gold statues is guessed *mostly speculation* to be from old times, as the underground is presumably very old.|||The statue of Kormir is more bronze like...|||Lyssa has one in Grand Court of Sebelkah|||Thank you La Jaffa and Scuzz for clerifying my two uncertanties about what I said.

So all the true gods have a golden statue except Grenth and Kormir.|||no if you look at the little gold statues on the individual god page eg: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Balthazar this one don't look like the one half merged with the wall in augury|||I just hope you do know that Arenanet Dev's can upload their own images and stuff?

They can just open the model of the God Statue in their 3d editing program and render it to a png-image.|||i wanted large versions of those png on wiki i tried to enlargen them via photoshop... EPIC FAILURE! lol
